Yes. Hospitality customers may order standard Table Theory products or work with us on custom-branded napkins.
Hospitality pricing is quoted by project. Larger quantities generally receive better pricing, so we recommend sharing your best quantity estimate when requesting a quote.
Yes. Physical product samples are available by request.
Yes. The napkins are made from 100% premium cotton and are certified for food contact under both EU LFGB requirements and U.S. FDA 21 CFR 175.300. They also carry OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class II certification and have been tested for harmful substances. Full test reports and certificates are available upon request.
A 50% payment is required for production to begin. The remaining balance is due Net 10 after the order ships.
Small-quantity domestic production is typically estimated at 3–5 weeks. Overseas production is estimated at approximately 90 days. Production timing begins after the digital proof is approved and the 50% payment is received.
No. Shipping is charged separately when the order ships.
Changes may be requested until the digital proof is approved. Once the proof is approved and production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Custom hospitality orders are final sale except in the case of a defect or an error on our end.
